  • Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with platform operations

3. Your Data

4. Accuracy of Information

Cornerstone is a record-keeping and management tool. It does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for consulting qualified professionals for legal or financial decisions.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

6. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance at any time and will provide advance notice for planned downtime where reasonably possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cornerstone is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
